Mashed potatoes with dill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g floury potatoes
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated
  • 25 g butter
  • 20 ml cream
  • some nutmeg, freshly grated
  • some salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and tasty

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into large, roughly equal pieces, and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the dill, spin it dry, and chop it somewhat coarsely. Wash the lemon and zest about half of it. Drain the potatoes and mash them roughly. Then add the butter and cream and mash them a little more finely. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Add the dill and mix everything gently but thoroughly with a tablespoon.
