Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g potatoes, floury
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some milk
  • some butter
  • some salt
  • some nutmeg, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Baby food and suitable for appropriate diets

Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little salted water. Drain the cooking water and fluff the potatoes. Add the milk and butter and mash the potatoes until they form a firm mash. Crack the egg and gently fold it into the mashed potatoes. Season lightly with salt and nutmeg, then serve lukewarm. Tip: Some of the potatoes can also be replaced with carrots, celery, swede, or pumpkin. Note: The egg must be fresh, as it will be used raw!
