Mashed Potatoes with Sausage and Steamed Onions

- 1 kilogram Floury potatoes
- 3 size Onion
- Milk
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Bratwurst
- 200 g Butter
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until soft, drain and add about 100 grams of butter and allow to melt a little on the potatoes, add milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper and parsley (depending on your needs and taste) and mash everything ( I always use my mixer, there are still bits and pieces in it and it’s not that strenuous).
