Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g floury potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml cream
- 30 g butter
- Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Fill the pot with 700 ml of water and insert the steaming basket with the potatoes. Select the “P1 Steaming” program, possibly changing the time to 35 minutes, or select the “P2 Steaming” program. After the program ends, place the steaming basket on a plate and empty the pot. Insert the whisk/mixer attachment and add the milk. Set the temperature to 90 degrees Celsius (speed 3) for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, and butter and mash for approximately 15-30 seconds (speed 5-6).
