Recipe from my uncle

Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar for 30 minutes (!!!!). This is best done in a food processor. Sift the flour, mix it with the baking powder, and fold it in. Grease a springform pan, line the bottom with baking paper, and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 50 minutes. The secret is beating the egg and sugar for 30 minutes. This ensures enough air is incorporated into the batter, making the base really light and airy. You can easily divide the base into two and use it for delicious cakes. This is a recipe and tip from my uncle, who trained as a pastry chef and makes incredibly delicious cakes.
