Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small can of pineapple, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 tbsp chili pepper(s), pitted and finely diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tbsp flour
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g cheese, grated
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- Sugar

delicious with rice
In a pan, lightly brown the onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the bell pepper, chili, and pineapple pieces, sauté briefly, then dust with flour. Gradually add the stock and milk, stirring constantly to prevent the flour from clumping! Stir in the cheese and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
