- 120 g powdered sugar
- 260 g butter
- 520 g flour
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 tsp green tea (Matcha powder)

Green tea cookies, makes about 75 cookies
Combine powdered sugar, egg yolks, and butter in a mixer. Combine the flour and matcha powder, add to the wet ingredients, and knead everything with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, wrapped in plastic wrap. Then, dust a work surface with flour, roll out the dough, and cut out cookies. Roll the cookies in granulated sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
