Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 handful of baby spinach, fresh
  • some ginger, grated
  • some agave syrup
  • some water
  • n. B. Nuts
  • n. B. Fruits of your choice
  • n. B. Amaranth
  • e.g. chia seeds
  • n. B. kernels, e.g. sunflower seeds

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and vegan

Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend. Then serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings. Nuts, various fruits, amaranth, chia seeds, and various seeds, such as sunflower seeds, are all suitable toppings. The consistency can, of course, be adjusted to your liking. Yogurt or low-fat quark are great for making the smoothie bowl even thicker. If you prefer it a little more runny, add a little more coconut milk or water. You can be as creative as you like with the toppings.
