Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp, heaped chives, dried
- 4 tbsp, heaped parsley, dried
- 1 tbsp ground blue fenugreek
- 1 tbsp wild garlic, dried
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, dried
- 1 tbsp cornflowers, dried
- 1 tsp pepper, whole, black
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp salt (opal salt)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Don’t add all the salt at first, but adjust the seasoning as you go. This spice mix tastes great on freshly baked bread, with cheese, tomatoes, or for seasoning dishes.
