- 4 matjes fillet(s), double matjes
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 gherkins
- 1 onion(s)
- Oil, neutral
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
fruity and fresh with new potatoes and green beans with bacon
Rinse the herring fillet with water if necessary, then pat dry and place it in a shallow dish. Cut all the remaining ingredients into thin slices and arrange them alternately on top of the herring. Drizzle with a little oil. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
