Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine, for cooking (7%)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 package of matjes fillet(s)
  • e.g. pepper, mixed (to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whip the cream with sugar until stiff, then stir in the apple cider vinegar. Combine the cream and sour cream. Halve the onion and slice into rings. Cut the gherkins into small strips. Cut the apple into eighths and slice them. Then add everything to the cream. Finally, stir in the Cremefine until simmering and season with pepper. Serve with potatoes.
