Ingredients
- 300 g Herring fillets
- 400 g Sour cream
- 100 g Cream 10% fat
- 1 large Fresh onion
- 1 small Apple Elstar
- 2 tsp Herbs for green sauce
- 1 tsp Mild mustard
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 splash Lemon fresh
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Beat the sour cream with the cream until smooth, cut the onion into small cubes, peel the apple and cut into small cubes. And put in the sauce, add the mustard and lemon and sugar, season with salt and pepper. Wash the potatoes, put them on a baking sheet, pour a little oil over them and let them bake at 200 degrees.
