Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 herring fillet(s) (double fillet)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 4 small shallots
  • 4 gherkins
  • ¼ jar tomato peppers
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • n. B. Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the herring into approximately 1 x 1 cm pieces. Add the tomato peppers into small pieces, the shallots into rings, and the gherkins into small cubes. Peel and core the apple, cut it into small sticks, and add it. Stir in the sunflower oil and season with pepper. Plate up and serve.
