Matjes salad with egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of fish fillet(s) (matjes), marinated in oil
  • 1 cup of salad (meat salad), approx. 400 g
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 1 small onion(s), peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Finely dice the herring, eggs, apple, and onion. Place in a bowl with the meat salad and mix everything together. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Note: No additional seasoning is necessary.
