Ingredients
- 4 Herring fillets
- 1 Onion
- 1 Apple
- 2 Gherkins
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Estragon mustard
- Chives
- Parsely
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- Dice the apple, onion and cucumber into small cubes, then mix the sour cream, sour cream and spices with the mustard. Add some of the cucumber water. Serve with the herring and serve with jacket potatoes.
