Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g butter
  • Fat for the mold
  • 500 g layered cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ bottle of lemon flavoring (baking oil)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a dough. Whisk together all ingredients for the topping well. Press the dough into a greased springform pan (28 cm diameter), forming a rim. Stir the topping again and pour it over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175-200°C (top/bottom heat, approximately 160°C fan-assisted) for approximately 60 minutes.
