  • n. B. Grease for the mold
  • 1.2 liters of whipped cream
  • 3 cups of crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Rinse the schnitzel under cold running water, pat dry, halve, and season with salt and pepper. Place the schnitzel in a greased baking dish. Mix the cream with the crème fraîche, sauce powder, pepper, salt, and soy sauce. If the sauce is too thin, thicken with a sauce thickener if desired. Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Distribute the ham cubes over the schnitzel. Cook on a rack in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 3-4, fan oven: not preheated 180°C) for approximately 35 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, place the pineapple on the schnitzel, spread the cheese on top, and top with cocktail cherries.
