  • 4 tbsp milk

  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Slice the Maultaschen and then halve them. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the sliced ​​Maultaschen to the pan. Fry the Maultaschen over medium heat, turning regularly, until they are browned to your liking. Meanwhile, break the eggs and whisk them well with the milk. Add a little salt and paprika. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the pan with the Maultaschen, making sure the egg mixture is evenly distributed throughout the pan. Let the eggs set until no liquid remains.
