Meatloaf made from lamb and beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 jar bell pepper(s), pickled in oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 m.-large cucumber(s), fermented, see CK database
  • 6 olives, black, without stones
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely dice the cucumbers, olives, and bell peppers. Cut the feta into 1 cm thick cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a 30 cm loaf pan. Mix the meat with all ingredients thoroughly and place in the pan. Cook in the oven for about 50 minutes. Tip: Can also be served cold.
