Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced lamb
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 jar bell pepper(s), pickled in oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 m.-large cucumber(s), fermented, see CK database
- 6 olives, black, without stones
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp psyllium husks
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Finely dice the cucumbers, olives, and bell peppers. Cut the feta into 1 cm thick cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a 30 cm loaf pan. Mix the meat with all ingredients thoroughly and place in the pan. Cook in the oven for about 50 minutes. Tip: Can also be served cold.
