  • 150 g pasta, cooked from the day before
  • 1 sausage (Krakauer)
  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the Krakow sausages into thin slices. Beat the egg. Fry the sausage slices in a little oil, add the pasta, and cook. Add the beaten egg, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the egg is set. Enjoy with a fresh salad.
