Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp muesli (fruit muesli)
- 1 banana(s)
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 5 minutes
Mix yogurt with fruit muesli and refrigerate overnight, covered. In the morning, mash a banana, mix it with the yogurt muesli, and add milk, if desired, until creamy.
