Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp curry powder, possibly more
  • chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 160 ml chicken stock or vegetable stock, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes perfectly with French fries and mayo, but also with satay skewers

Mix the peanut butter with honey, curry powder, chili powder (or a small chopped chili pepper), broth, and garlic (I use garlic salt) and bring to a boil over medium heat until creamy. This goes wonderfully with the delicious satay skewers. Tip: Since we live near the Dutch border, we eat this sauce on French fries with mayonnaise.
