Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Maultasche(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp hot chili sauce (e.g. Sriracha)
- 1 tbsp lime juice, if desired
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the Maultaschen into larger cubes. Dice the bell peppers and slice the leek. Finely chop the garlic. Heat a little oil and fry the Maultaschen until browned on all sides. Then add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the soy sauce. Now add the ketchup and chili sauce, mix well, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the lime juice and coriander and season with salt.
