Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of yogurt, plain or fruit
- possibly jam,
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
The unit of measurement is a 150g yogurt cup. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and pour into a greased baking dish of your choice. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 55 minutes. Once cooled, slice the cake in half and spread with any jam (I like plum jam best!). Tip: You can, of course, add chocolate sprinkles, fruit, or cocoa powder. You can also choose different yogurts (e.g., cherry or strawberry).
