  • 150 g sour cream or sour cream (10%)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 large potato(s), cooked
  • 2 tsp, heaped mustard
  • salt and pepper

Combine the sour cream, yogurt, potatoes, and mustard in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Can be used as a substitute for regular mayonnaise.
