- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp nuts, ground
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- n. B. Fruit of your choice

delicious and healthy breakfast
Mix yogurt with flaxseed oil, lemon juice, and honey/maple syrup. Then stir in the nuts and oatmeal. Finally, top with diced fruit and enjoy. Orange juice or something similar can be used instead of lemon juice, and of course, there are no limits to the fruit you can add! Calories do not include fruit.
