Meat: Fried Sausages with Oven Vegetables
The perfect meat: fried sausages with oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The “sour” meat:
- 2 small Sausages, 100 gr. Pc.
The basic vegetable:
- 2 small Potatoes, washed, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium sized Carrot
- 15 Pc. Brussels sprouts, washed, peeled and scratched crosswise
- 0,5 small Zucchini, diced
The basic oil sauce:
- Paradise oil, see m. KB
- Chilli oil, see m. KB
- Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- Thai chili sauce extra hot
- Tandoori spice
- Cumin
- Lemongrass
- Garam Masala
For gratinating:
- Rest of hard cheese
- Mix of lettuce grains
- Put the sausages in a baking dish. Then add the vegetables.
- Make the oil sauce and spread it over the sausages and vegetables. Bake cheese and grains on top and bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. Serve hot! Tastes great! Have fun with my single kitchen!
