  • Leek, cut into rings

The basic oil sauce:

  • Basil oil
  • Balsamic vinegar old
  • Light Japanese Soy Sauce
  • Thai chili sauce extra hot
  • Green Thai curry
  • Lemongrass
  • Lemon pepper
  • Black cumin

Instructions
 

  • Fill the boiled potatoes with the leek slices. Then put them in a baking dish together with the sausages.
  • In the next step, make the oil sauce and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. Tastes great and is uncomplicated! Have fun with my single kitchen!
