Ingredients
The "sour" meat:

The basic oil sauce:
- Basil oil
- Balsamic vinegar old
- Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- Thai chili sauce extra hot
- Green Thai curry
- Lemongrass
- Lemon pepper
- Black cumin
Instructions
- Fill the boiled potatoes with the leek slices. Then put them in a baking dish together with the sausages.
- In the next step, make the oil sauce and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. Tastes great and is uncomplicated! Have fun with my single kitchen!
