Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 3 large bell peppers, colored
- 2 large onions
- 1 small jar of mushrooms
- 6 slices of Gouda
- 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Season the ground beef well, then spread it thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips and the onions into thin rings. Spread everything, along with the mushrooms, on the ground beef base. Then place the Gouda slices on top and spread the sauce evenly over everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve with baguette. The pizza will shrink slightly during baking and release a lot of liquid, but this is normal.
