Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 300 g leek, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup of cream cheese (Indian, with curry)
- 400 g pizza dough
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Spread the pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet. Spread with cream cheese. Fry the ground beef in a pan until crumbly, season lightly with salt, pepper, and curry powder, and then spread it over the base. Then, lightly fry the leek in the same pan and spread it over the pizza. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the pizza. Bake at 200°C fan-assisted oven or 220°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
