Meat salad with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • pepper
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 100 g meat, cooked
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g meat sausage
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the marinade, dissolve the salt in the vinegar. Stir in the pepper and oil, and season with garlic, if desired. Cut the cheese, meat, sausage, and gherkin into small cubes, add them to the marinade, and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, deseed the bell peppers and tomatoes and slice them into thin strips. Slice the peeled eggs and radishes. Mix the bell pepper strips and tomatoes into the salad and arrange on lettuce leaves, if desired. Serve garnished with egg and radish slices. Tip: Sprinkle with parsley, too.
