Ingredients
- 250 g Diced beef
- 250 g Meat sausage
- 5 Gherkins pickles
- 2 Apple Elstar
- 3 Boiled potatoes
- 2 Onion white
- 50 g Fresh celery
- 1 Carrots
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
- 300 ml Yogurt
- 150 ml Condensed milk
Instructions
- Cook the beef either as leftovers from the day before or fresh with celery and carrots.
- Cut beef into cubes, sausage into thin strips. Off to a bowl.
- Cut cornichons into strips. Cut apples into small wedges and put them in the bowl as well.
- Cut the onions into very thin strips and sauté.
- The carrots, celery, and potatoes should be cooked and cut into sticks. Also in the bowl.
- Mix the mustard, salt, sugar, salt, vinegar and olive oil together. Fold into the mixture and let it steep for about 1 hour.
- Mix the yogurt and condensed milk and now fold it into the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put it in the fridge overnight, and it really pulls through again. You can prepare something like this for a birthday or a celebration.
- If the salad is too thirsty, add some milk.
