Meat Salad without Majo, According to Traditions of My Great-grandma !!!!!

The perfect meat salad without majo, according to traditions of my great-grandma !!!!! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Diced beef
  • 250 g Meat sausage
  • 5 Gherkins pickles
  • 2 Apple Elstar
  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 Onion white
  • 50 g Fresh celery
  • 1 Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar white
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
  • 300 ml Yogurt
  • 150 ml Condensed milk
  1. Cook the beef either as leftovers from the day before or fresh with celery and carrots.
  2. Cut beef into cubes, sausage into thin strips. Off to a bowl.
  3. Cut cornichons into strips. Cut apples into small wedges and put them in the bowl as well.
  4. Cut the onions into very thin strips and sauté.
  5. The carrots, celery, and potatoes should be cooked and cut into sticks. Also in the bowl.
  6. Mix the mustard, salt, sugar, salt, vinegar and olive oil together. Fold into the mixture and let it steep for about 1 hour.
