Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Diced beef
  • 250 g Meat sausage
  • 5 Gherkins pickles
  • 2 Apple Elstar
  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 Onion white
  • 50 g Fresh celery
  • 1 Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
  • 300 ml Yogurt
  • 150 ml Condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef either as leftovers from the day before or fresh with celery and carrots.
  • Cut beef into cubes, sausage into thin strips. Off to a bowl.
  • Cut cornichons into strips. Cut apples into small wedges and put them in the bowl as well.
  • Cut the onions into very thin strips and sauté.
  • The carrots, celery, and potatoes should be cooked and cut into sticks. Also in the bowl.
  • Mix the mustard, salt, sugar, salt, vinegar and olive oil together. Fold into the mixture and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  • Mix the yogurt and condensed milk and now fold it into the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Put it in the fridge overnight, and it really pulls through again. You can prepare something like this for a birthday or a celebration.
  • If the salad is too thirsty, add some milk.
