Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • n. B. Meat sausage, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Sugar
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

when things have to go quickly…

Sauté the diced onions in a hot pan. Add the sausage cubes and fry. Drain the can of mushrooms and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour in the cream. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then season to taste with sugar and mustard. Serve with rice and salad.
