Meat Skewers: Hearty Shashlik
The perfect meat skewers: hearty shashlik recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 300 g Pork shoulder
- 200 g Bacon
- 3 tbsp Edible oil tasteless
- 4 Discs Pork liver
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 Msp Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Shish kebab spice
- 4 small Fresh onions
- Rinse the pork shoulder and liver with cold water and pat dry. Wash, clean and dry the peppers. Peel the onions as well.
- Cut all ingredients into pieces or slices of the desired size, place on skewers in any order and season with shashlik spice, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a coated pan. Put the skewers in and fry them until crispy on all sides.
- If you like it a lot, you can add chilli-mexicana sauce to the stew. Also very tasty, but careful … very hot!
