Meat Skewers: Hearty Shashlik

The perfect meat skewers: hearty shashlik recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 300 g Pork shoulder
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 3 tbsp Edible oil tasteless
  • 4 Discs Pork liver
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 1 Msp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Shish kebab spice
  • 4 small Fresh onions
  1. Rinse the pork shoulder and liver with cold water and pat dry. Wash, clean and dry the peppers. Peel the onions as well.
  2. Cut all ingredients into pieces or slices of the desired size, place on skewers in any order and season with shashlik spice, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Put the skewers in and fry them until crispy on all sides.
  4. If you like it a lot, you can add chilli-mexicana sauce to the stew. Also very tasty, but careful … very hot!
