Meat Skewers

The perfect meat skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Roast pork salmon, thinly sliced
  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 2 Pc. Sour cucumber
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Dried mint
  • Mustard
  • 1 Pc. Finely chopped onion
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Pointed pepper Hungary
  • Sweet paprika powder
  1. Season the minced meat with salt, black pepper, oregano, mint, finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped onion and mix well.
  1. Season the meat slice with a little salt and pepper on one side and brush with mustard.
  1. Shape the minced meat into a strand and place on the meat. Cut an oblong wedge from the cucumber and place it on the minced meat roll. Roll up the whole thing tightly and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm thick.
  1. Skewer these pieces on grill skewers or wooden sticks (suitable for the pan). Place a small slice of paprika between the pieces of meat. I prefer pointed peppers from Hungary. So that the skewers look good when not fried, I dust them with a little sweet paprika.
