Meatball soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 liters of broth
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot(s), cut into small cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the minced meat with pepper and salt. Add half of the chopped onions to the meat, mix well, and form small meatballs. Bring the broth to a boil, add the meatballs, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, dice them, and add them. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until tender. Add oil to a pan and lightly fry the remaining onions and carrots. Add to the soup, season with pepper and salt, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
