Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 rolls
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • some fat for frying
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Soak the bread rolls in water and squeeze them dry. Add the finely chopped onion, the squeezed bread rolls, the finely chopped parsley, some crushed garlic, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and form small dumplings from the meat mixture. Flatten slightly and fry in batches in a pan with hot fat. First, sear well on each side, then cook slowly. I recommend serving this with potato salad, vegetables, and a mixed salad.
