Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 70 g tomato paste 2-fold concentrated
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Spices and herbs as desired, e.g. chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes
Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Mix the ingredients well and season with salt, pepper, chili, and herbs to taste. Form into four patties. Brown well on both sides in a hot pan (I cook for 3 minutes per side on medium heat, then another 3 minutes on the lowest heat). Per serving: 233 kcal
