Meatballs Baked with Cheese in Tomato Sauce

- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Can Tomato sauce with herbs from oro di parma
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
- 0,5 piece Schrippe (dry bread roll)
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 5 Poles Freshly chopped chives
- 1 pole Spring onions fresh
- 1 piece Snack peppers fresh
- 1 disc Cheese Gauda
The meatball batter
- Mix the minced meat with a half roll (or toast) soaked in water and salt, pepper, chives, spring onions, crushed garlic and very finely chopped paprika and shape into small balls and place in a baking dish.
The preparation
