The low-fat and crispy version is a hit with everyone

Mix the water with the paprika powder. Add the mustard, ketchup, and egg and continue stirring until a smooth mixture forms. Finely chop the onion and add it to the liquid along with the minced meat, herbs, and breadcrumbs. Knead everything thoroughly until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs. The meatballs can be nice and dark brown, as this will make them extra crispy. Tip: You can also use minced chicken to save even more calories.
