Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 4 tbsp, sifted breadcrumbs
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add the parsley to the ground beef, season with salt and paprika, and knead everything with your hands until well blended. Form the mixture into small balls. Fry them in a pan with oil until browned all over. A quick tip: First, heat the oil (sunflower oil is best) to the highest setting. Then, before adding the balls, reduce the heat to medium, otherwise the balls will turn too dark.
