Meatballs with Cheese
The perfect meatballs with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,3 kg Mett
- 4 Pc. Bun old
- 6 Pc. Egg
- 450 g Emmental
- 2 Pc. Fresh onion
- 6 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 2 Can Mushrooms canned drained
- Beef bouillon
- Porcini mushroom powder
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Soak the rolls in water, drain the mushrooms (small cans). Cut the cheese, mushrooms, onions and garlic into small cubes. Mix the chopped ingredients with the ground meat, eggs and the squeezed rolls with a dash of oil in a bowl. Season to taste with the spices.
- If the dough is still too thin, add some breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and fry for 3 minutes on each side in a large pan. Flatten the balls while frying.
