Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 roll, from the day before
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g cream cheese (brunch légère with yogurt)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the bread roll in water. Dice one onion and grate the other. Chop the coriander. Knead the minced meat, squeezed bread roll, egg, diced onion, and coriander together. Season with 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Form meatballs and fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes until nicely browned. Mix together the yogurt, brunch, grated onion, and remaining mustard. Season with salt, pepper, coriander, and sugar. Serve the meatballs with the sauce and sliced ​​lemon.
