Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll
  • Water for soaking
  • ½ sheep’s cheese
  • Maggi
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Garlic granules
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Soak the bread roll in water and squeeze out excess water. Mash half of the cheese with a fork until it crumbles. Mix the bread roll and cheese into the minced meat. Season generously with Maggi, salt, and garlic granules (when raw, it should taste strongly of Maggi and well-salted). Add black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Freshly ground pepper is best. Form the mixture into balls. Fry them in a pan with plenty of fat—or place them on the grill.
