Buckwheat with Turkey Meat
The perfect buckwheat with turkey meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Buckwheat
- 400 g Turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Water
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 tbsp Sauce binder light
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fry the buckwheat with a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan (buckwheat has to burst like popcorn), deglaze with water and simmer for about 10 minutes, season with salt.
