Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- 2 dumplings (bread dumplings), boil-in-the-bag, as a bread roll replacement
- 4 slices of pineapple, chopped
- curry powder
- ketchup
- Mustard
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- Garlic

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Party snack in two variations
Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onions, salt, and pepper, and knead thoroughly. Fold in the two bags of bread dumplings and season to taste. Season again if desired. For version 1, season with a little curry powder and fold in the pineapple. For version 2, mix a little ketchup, mustard, and garlic and knead into the minced meat, season to taste. Fold in the diced bell pepper. Shape the minced meat into meatballs, any size, and fry in a preheated pan over medium heat.
