Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Quick and delicious oven-baked meatballs. Also suitable as finger food.
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl, then season to taste. Then form the mixture into small balls (I always use a tablespoon). You should get about 20-25 small balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Tip: I sometimes fill the meatballs with feta cheese cubes or add chopped olives, etc. Simply toss them into the mixture and mix in. Delicious finger food or for a regular lunch. By the way: You can easily make them the day before; they’re also delicious cold.
