Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 minced meat, mixed
- 1 bread roll, soaked
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s), grated
- 8 slice(s) bacon, narrow, long
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead the minced meat, squeezed breadcrumbs, egg, and grated onion into a dough. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Form into patties, wrap them all around in a slice of bacon, and secure them together with a toothpick. Fry in a hot pan until the bacon is nice and crispy.
