Mother-in-law dinner

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 small turkey schnitzels
  • 1 bag of soup (onion soup)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 150 ml milk, or more

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the turkey cutlets and place them in a casserole dish. Mix the cream with the milk and pour it over the meat. It should be completely covered (add more milk if necessary). Then sprinkle the onion soup over the meat. Now cook in the oven on the middle rack for 50 minutes at approximately 180°C. Done. I serve it with rice. It always turns out well – hence the mother-in-law’s dinner – and the guests can come.
