Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
‘False Hare’, with egg
Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic clove. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Add everything to the minced meat, along with the breadcrumbs and raw egg. Season generously with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, and Maggi, and mix everything into a dough. Spread the meat dough out on the worktop like a large meatball. Place the boiled eggs in the center and press the minced meat firmly around them. Shape like a loaf of bread. Slowly fry the meatloaf in a pan in the hot margarine on all sides. Add about 100 ml of water and wait over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated. Increase the heat to high, fry again on all sides, then remove the roast and keep warm in the oven. Sauté the tomato paste in the pan and add the remaining water. Vigorously mix about 25 ml of water with the flour and add to the sauce. Bring to a boil, simmer for about another 10 minutes, and season well to taste.
